Where Caesars mighty army began their invasion.

Where once the Sun shone on these streets
A darkness veils the skies above,
And once the streets were full of life
Now stifled by religious anaesthetists.

Hypocritical laws passed from catholic mouths
And iron-fist enforced through Islamic fists;
Oppression and deluded murder!

Delirious prophets of false Go
EchoesStaring at the echoes
Of a world fading like a burning ember
I recognise now what I never lost.

To really see, is to stumble blindly
Deafened by the silence of a thousand wordless questions.

Forsaken by a world of materialism;
Spritiuality is to have everything,
And to own it all is to be poor.
To walk every road, one must first lose one's feet
In the mud created from tears of loss.

To walk in your own footsteps will get you there faster
Than following another; though both are endless roads.

Breaking free of your past creates a future;
But your attacking mind
Will destroy it before you can realise
That peace is prosperity.
The Glorious DescentA golden nation of man;
Living in peace and prosperity.
Where strife and wrongdoing
Are all but nil.
There seated a King
Of noble bloodline true,
His leadership unquestioned,
Stern but fair, it's said.

In times of such peace;
Furthest from peoples minds
Was the daunting prospect
Of open war.
But upon every border
The signals were lit
As the enemy marched onwards
With arms beared high.

His forces marched out
Across the open plains
To meet the enemy
And fight them back;
But their resolve was strong
And the foe fled not
But pushed on ever stronger
Til his armies fell.

The greatest of his tacticians
Failed in every scheme
Eidonwe -The Blade Reforged-From battles, distant memories,
Millennia have passed to grey,
Passed down from generation to generation
The legend of the sword lives on.

It has tasted the blood of thousands,
Sampled the flesh of many climes.
Eidonwe, the blade of the Gods,
At the side of the Oskorei fought
Against the demons of God.

The Angels shook with fear at the sound of its name
And the sword would sing loud across the peaks of Heaven,
Deep into the valleys of Hell.
A warning to all who opposed it,
And a rally for those who beside it fought;
Eidonwe, the Releaser of the Wine.

Gabriel himself bears scars where Eidonwe was deftly spun,
Prising the feath
Of Noble House MaiestasGaze upon the gates of wrought iron,
Rusted hinges creak in the wind as the gates open,
An eerie invitation.

The house beyond, a mansion by anyone's standards,
Lined with gargoyles on a high pitched roof.
Flying buttresses, gothic arches of wood and stone;
The Home of Noble House Maiestas.

The garden, not a bed of flowers, but a garden of rest.
Headstones make their roses, rising from the dank ground
And lining the path to the porch like waystones.

A thunderclap in the far distance, the sky flashes white
And the mansion is a grim silhouette against the lightning.
It's spires rising, the gargoyles grimace as the falling rain
